The Cement Coated XPS Underfloor Heating Board is a low-profile panel designed to provide a convenient installation solution for water underfloor heating systems using compatible 16mm pipe.
Each board measures 1200mm x 600mm, providing approximately 0.72m2 coverage per panel, while the slim 20mm thickness helps minimise the overall increase in finished floor height.
The pre-routed pipe channels are arranged at 200mm centres, helping installers position the underfloor heating pipe consistently across the floor area. The routed return sections also provide a convenient layout for turning pipe runs at the end of each circuit.
Manufactured from lightweight XPS insulation with a cement coated surface, the boards weigh approximately 2.6kg per panel, making them easier to handle and position during installation.
The cement coated surface is designed for fast floor finishing and can be covered after installation, making the boards suitable for applications where a low-profile underfloor heating build-up is required.
