Measuring 1200mm x 600mm x 20mm and manufactured from high-density 300kPa XPS, the lightweight insulated panel provides a practical low-profile solution for domestic and commercial water underfloor heating installations.
The Grooved Cement Coated XPS Underfloor Heating Board is a pre-routed low-profile panel designed for use with compatible 16mm underfloor heating pipe in water-based heating systems.
Measuring 1200mm x 600mm x 20mm, the panel features straight pre-formed channels that allow underfloor heating pipework to be positioned neatly and consistently across the installation area.
Manufactured from high-density 300kPa XPS, the board provides thermal insulation while remaining lightweight and easy to handle. The XPS core is also resistant to moisture, making it suitable for a wide range of compatible floor constructions.
The surface is finished with a reinforced cement coating, providing a durable outer layer suitable for underfloor heating applications and helping simplify subsequent floor finishing when used with a compatible installation system.
This version is supplied as a straight grooved board without a return circuit, making it ideal for straight pipe runs and for use alongside compatible return or circuit boards where required by the system layout.
