Returns Policy
At MEPstock, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an eligible product, please read the policy below.
1. Return Period
You may return eligible products within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team with your order number, product details and the reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorisation may be delayed or refused.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the product must:
* Be unused and uninstalled;
* Be in its original condition;
* Include all original parts, accessories, manuals and documentation;
* Be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible; and
* Be suitable for resale.
We reserve the right to refuse or reduce a refund where a product has been used, installed, damaged, altered, assembled, cut to length, modified or returned with missing parts or packaging beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
3. Return Delivery Costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service. The returned goods remain the customer’s responsibility until they have been safely received by us.
4. Inspection and Refunds
All returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been returned, whichever is earlier.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.
5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product is faulty, damaged on delivery, incorrectly supplied or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where a claim is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. Reasonable return delivery costs may also be reimbursed where applicable.
6. Non-Returnable Products
Unless faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we may not accept returns of:
* Products made or modified to your specification;
* Products cut to length;
* Special-order or non-stock items;
* Products that have been installed or used;
* Products damaged after delivery;
* Products returned with missing parts, accessories or packaging; or
* Products that cannot be resold safely or for hygiene reasons.
7. Your Statutory Rights
This Returns Policy is provided in addition to your statutory rights.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
